Action Special Event Productions & Rentals Inc. strives to provide the fi nest equipment, guidance and service to its valued customers. Our goal is to provide equipment and services to all potential customers from a fi nite inventory. To guarantee these services, we require a 50% deposit to reserve equipment for your event date and time. The following policy reflects our commitment to protect our customers and Action Special Event Productions & Rentals Inc.
A 50% deposit is required to reserve equipment for a specific date and time as specified by the rental agreement. The balance is due in full on the day of delivery unless other arrangements are specified in writing and approved by Action Special Event Productions & Rentals Inc. prior to the delivery date.
 
If an unfortunate situation requires cancellation of the reservation, we willbe able to provide the following action:
Cancellation-
 
90 Days or more prior to event date – Full refund of deposit within 45 days or rescheduling of event subject to equipment availability.
60 – 90 Days prior to event date -- Refund of deposit less 15% or rescheduling of event subject to equipment availability.
30 – 60 Days prior to event date -- Refund of deposit less 75%.
30 Days or less prior to event date -- Loss of deposit.
